Retro To Go

radio_1Most people know at least some of  the major boutique sound players/electronics design houses. Bang & Olufsen is probably one of the first to come to mind, with their post skynet ergonomics and aesthetics meandering along with the trends. Storied Italian design house Brionvega, whom we’ve featured before, though largely dormant, honor their design ethos from back in the day, the day being sometime around when my mother was born. By that I mean they change nothing. Thank God. Allowing their retro RR227 AM/FM radio to be both trendy and original at the same time, and since it’s the future you get an SD card slot for your MP3’s and if you truly want to illustrate the dichotomy of design there is an AUX port to connect your ipod. Priced from$200.
