Bell & Ross Instrument Airborn Watch

I have to admit, from the beginning, that I am not a big fan of Bell & Ross. However, their latest watch has a story behind it, one that I appreciate.

Tudor Watches

Graduation time is coming up for many people and I am not sure if this is your tradition, but many times the graduation gift is a watch. I’m not talking about some sort of Casio (I love you G-shock) but a true man’s watch.

Watches For Spring

I prefer watches that have leather straps. They might look great, but they are terrible in the heat. If you like watches but have all ready spent your money on a non-heat friendly watch, there are stylish and affordable options… Continue reading ‘Watches For Spring’

Martin Cartridge Watch

Martin Cartridge is a watch company that is coming up in the world, and has finally shown many watch enthusiasts the benefits of a non-ornate looking watch. Utilitarian, without costing $4,000 (I’m looking at you Bell & Ross) is really a fresh idea. Granted, the watch is a tad expensive at $600, but it is durable and you can honestly treat it like garbage forever.

Check it out here.

Gianni The Master

I cannot begin to explain how cool Gianni Agnelli is. He was a master, and the reason is all the little details. Look at the watch. Not only is it around his sleeve, but it is a digital watch, with a metal strap.

Most people think of Agnelli as some sort of over-the-top peacock. As you can see, he was the master of the understated usage style without extravagance. It just goes to show that you don’t need the over-the-top elements that Dolce or Prada offer.

Ralph Lauren Watches

Ralph Lauren has teamed up with Richemont to produce their own watches. In case you didn’t know, Richemont produces watches from brands you might all ready know. Piaget, IWC, Baume & Mercier, Vacheron Constantin, Officine Panerai, A. Lange & Söhne and Roger Dubuis, just to name a few.

We’ve known about this Ralph Lauren experiment for a while, but the watches are set to come out this spring, and yet there is no concrete word on how much Ralphie is going to charge for the watches.

They seem to be beautiful time pieces, but, I am hesitant to appraise such a watch without knowing what Ralph expects people to pay. Stay tuned for updates.

That’s A Phone?

Motorola has created a phone that is honestly, the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in a phone. It uses similar technology that is found in high-end watches, with 200 individual moving parts and a 130 ball bearings.

It has all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a high-end phone, 2 gigs of memory, GPS, mp3 playback, and so on and so forth. The phone is called the AURA and is bestowed with CrystalTalkTM technology that will ensure you have the clearest call possible.

What is the catch? It is a $2,000 phone. I know, I’m as confused as you. For more information, you can check HelloMoto’s site.
